Today begins the first ever point to point Peace Run in Bellevue, WA at Larsen Lake Blueberry Farm. Bill Young starts the team with a moment of silence and peace...

then he takes the lead as we make our way around the lake.

then it's across the way and down toward Kelsey Creek Park.

We made a new friend today in Kim whose spirit of peace and happiness was a joy to all of us.

Cherry Crest Elementary School is our next stop... Salil checks in

Marina greets the students...

and finds the jungle gym on the way out to the running track.

Let the running begin!

Peace and friendship...

Thank you to Hayden for explaining your family culture to us.

Our amazing Cherry Crest hosts Kathy Hotchkies and Vice Principal Erin Stedman are great examples of the Peace Run spirit, 'peace starts with each one of us.'

Thank you to Principal Dusty Steere! Your enthusiasm and goodwill are very present in the good nature of your students.

More running with the Cherry Crest Running Club!

Peace is also having childlike fun!

Sharing a silent moment of peace

Thank you Erin and Kathy! We look forward to seeing you next time.

We had such an inspiring and wonderful time with all of you at Cherry Crest. Thank you for bringing out the best of Bellevue.

Our next stop is the Transformation-Surprise Laundromat, one of our hosts for Peace Run here in Seattle.

Owners Daulot and Stota have been a part of the Peace Run's efforts in the 1990's.

Then on to the Illumination Learning Studios

The kids from two ILS gatherings welcome the Peace Runners

And guess the countries where the members of the team are from...

Kangaroos equal Australia!

And the United States, Meghna as Lady Liberty in New York.

Learning the World Harmony Run song.

A moment of peace... peace starts with each one of us.

Thank you Syd and H!

Now its time for our Peace Run with ILS

All goodwill from the Singing Barber, DeMarcus!
