We started our day in Pompei. This time Pompei had more luck: Vesuvio greeted the Peace Run!
As we arrived at the main square of Pompei, a large crowd awaited us.
His Eminence, Archbishop Tommaso Caputo of Pompei, welcomed our team with kind words.
Behind His Eminence the Archbishop Tommaso Caputo, Mr. Giuseppe Acanfora, president of ASD Movimento Sportivo Bartolo Longo of Pompei, who helped us immensely in Pompei and Napoli.
