Girls' team started really early today - we left at 6:20am to take part in a lovely yoga class at 7am in Swift Current, organized by Christine Ciona's Kiva Centre: "sacred space for personal growth and wellness"
Closing with sitting in the "energy circle" and imagining a current carrying peace, love and energy.
Then we all moved towards the Peace Pole in the Kinsmen Skate Park in Swift Current to meet more members of local community and media.

Our best meal in weeks (and we have some real good cooks on our team) was offered to us by Ethiopian family and owners of Selam Restaurant. 'Selam' means peace and we were basking in the generous hospitality of Alex, Leya and Ayni(holding torch with Alex). The vegetarian platter opened for all of us a new dimension of international feasting. Delicious, prepared and served with love, care and attention. Many many thanks for a perfect end of a perfect day!
