Today was officially a rest day for the Peace Run team, though with such a lovely morning and such famous coastline beckoning – and a few additional friends eager to run with us – our boys' team couldn't resist covering the 30 km between Torquay and Airey's Inlet.
Coincidentally, this morning also saw the annual staging of the Surf Coast Trail Marathon.
As our routes converged, we found ourselves running at times amidst the marathoners.
