Upon reaching Portland we were honored to present the Torch-Bearer award to Ray Fields who has dedicated his life to serving the community. Ray is a long time and enthusiastic member of the Rotary Club. We were honored to meet Ray and to recognize his lifetime of service.
The event was facilitated by Rebecca Black of Oregon Outreach has given us many wonderful ceremonies over the years.
