Bergheim - Ostermiething

Reported by Dipavajan Renner

The Peace Run arrived in Salzburg. The capital of classical music greeted our runners with a blue sky.

Salzburg is proud of its most famous son: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Today we celebrated a real school party: seven meetings with thousands of kids - an intense day in Salzburg!
In all the places we met great people - lots of shining faces and big smiles...

our first meeting: primary school and secondary school Bergheim....

...a musical welcome...

...paintings fro peace...

we left Bergheim and headed towards Anthering by taking a short-cut...

The primary school in Anthering.

The kids wrote wishes for peace...

..we received all the wishes in a box...

...and a dynamic run...

Oberndorf was next:

...children of the primary school and the secondary school awaited us...

...a final group picture...

..and we reached Lamprechtshausen..

The kids from the primary school lined up for "high five"...

..we also met the Kindergarden kids....

...and further on to Bürmoos.

the secondary school Bürmoos greeted us....

..peace messages...

...we found ourselves running in the middle of beautiful nature...

...and reached St. Pantaleon.

The secondary school was ready fro us!

...and our last stage:

Secondary school Ostermiething.

Once more a hearty welcome...

A big "Thank You" to all the schools, teachers and kids for the amazing day. We absolutely enjoyed every meeting and are really honored to carry your peace wishes on to the next place!
