Ujvala and Jaival from Ukraine joined our team today and they literally hit the ground running!
The same can be said about new team members Anna and Igor from Russia!
Yatkara is happy to "show them the ropes" as he is also from Ukraine and is a seasoned Peace Runner.
We are forced to wonder where the summer weather went as we run through some chilly rain.

At the Boys and Girls Club of London we were greeted by the enthused Director, Dana. We waited while the 120 children, from 9 different day camps, made their way to the gym.
Sandro used these precious moments to get in some deep stretching (hmm... I'll have to try that one!)
Lots of high-fives were given as the runners circled the group.
A few campers came to the ceremony fully equipt with their very own Peace Run torches (and in this particular case, a pretty cool t-shirt as well).
Everyone is all-ears as Mahasatya introduces himself and gives clues about his home country of Poland.
They guessed Anna's home country-Russia-almost immediatley.
Everybody holds up their imaginary torch as we sing the World Harmony Run song.
We always take a moment to feel peace inside of our hearts.
Beautiful peace-themed artwork and banners covered the walls and we were touched to recieve handmade cards from the campers.
Everyone had a chance to hold the torch and make a wish for world peace.

We were delighted to meet with some local members of the London Self-Realisation Fellowship. Richard Piner, who is the father of long-time Peace Runner Pushparani, was the first to hold the torch.
Federico took a break from filming the proceedings to hold the torch and reflect.
We were also joined by Margaret (second from the right).
Richard brought a photo of Sri Chinmoy, the founder of the Peace Run.
We offered them a Certificate of Appreciation and thanked them for sharing their insights and yearning for inner and outer peace.
