Thank you to Mäntsälä for accommodating us so helpfully!
This Saturday morning runners from Järvenpään järvenkiertäjät have met up at Mäntsälä Town Hall to run with us!
We made a ceremony for them and sang the Peace Run song and the World Harmony Run song...
We even got applause for our singing...
For the country guessing game Mukul gave only one hint: "In my language the word for peace is 'Shalom'"...
...and of course they guessed the right country: Israel...
The wind was blowing hard...
...but it didn't stop us...
After running 25 km with the Peace Run Team, the runners received a certifacate and a painting about World Harmony...
Andreas was chasing a bicycle...
...but he didn't catch it...
...but he did see some wonderful flowers along the way. And perhaps that's what it's all about, the journey and not the destination...
Coordinator Anne was happy, maybe because nobody got lost on this Peace Run :)
