The Mayor of Regina sent a proclamation declaring July 11- 13 as "Peace Run Days".
We were happy to participate in the Regina 5 km Park Run this morning! The Park Run is organised by volunteers and they host free events all around the world. The Regina run takes place at Wascana Lake every Saturday.
Mahasatya, our Peace Runner from Poland, won the race!
Mohammad, our kind physiotherapist friend, finished in third place!
We had some local spectators cheering us on, and taking a "gander" at the action.

On the same day that Hastakamala (left) was doing the Park Run here in Canada, her sister Yvette was taking part in a Park Run in Perth, Australia.

Nayaja is still running fast even after racing the 5 km this morning.
It is very important to stretch while on the road, so our team members take every opportunity they can get.
There was still some work to do when we got to our campsite at Yorkton Lake.
Then we had a delicious dinner...
... and a campfire, complete with s'mores and campfire songs!
