After a relaxing weekend we said good bye to Addis Ababa and started our journey to the North.

Soon the country dried up - no surprise in 3000m altitude....
...it was a colorful journey - life everywhere....
...especially on the road...
...we passed Dessie...
...Dessie downtown...
even in over 3000m altitude the country is fertile...
....and we reached Weldiya, our today's destination.
...one of the local primary schools received the flaming torch....
...also other spectators participated...
...and a Run around the schoolyard ended the meeting....
