The first students to welcome the runners with open heart, smiles and drawings are those of the Primary School "Dr. Franjo Tudjman".

If we wish to achieve Peace we need to give the example... We will never achieve peace if we wait for the others to start first.

The Primary School "Drvenik" is delighted at the visit of the international team from such different countries! The kindergarten children sing and play joyfully for the runners!

At the School "Gradac" the students enjoy asking questions to the runners and having deep conversations about Harmony in each one's environment. They are eager to know how the team gathers together, how many kilometres was the maximum that a team could run in one day (350 km in Australia!) and what's the most dangerous animal that we have met on our journey!
The team shares with children, teenagers, teachers and school-keepers their jobs back home. What do they do when they do not run?

In the afternoon the children of the Primary School "Oca Petra Perice" run with the Peace Run Team around the courtyard. They pay lots of attention to what the runners have to say and they reflect of what can each one of them do in order to make their worlds more peaceful.

Enjoying the refreshments that the school has prepared for the team, the runners socialize with the cooks, asking them to make a wish for peace in their own hearts. Who knows how heavenly will be their next meal!
