It got wetter for Suren's run!

These awesome kids from Vopnafjordur came and ran with us despite the wet weather

All gathering for the final steps into the ceremony

A peaceful moment.

Shared by all generations present.

Mirroring Natabara's Statue of Liberty immpersonation.

Ready and waiting to receive a Peace Tree!

Reading the plaque for their Peace Tree.

Here it is!

The local youngsters of Porshofn meet us to run the last stretch into town.

They are good runners and take off down the hill with the torch!

We finished at a small park where we were met by more residents of this charming town.

Feeling peace in our hearts

Gathering more wishes for peace from Iceland.

Everyone joined in with our World Harmony Run song!

Digging the hole for the Peace tree was a beautiful group effort by all.

Presenting our book with much thanks to a representative of the municipality.

Happy group photo after a happy gathering.

We had some eager and strong helpers to hold our banner today!

Presenting our certificate of appreciation to the head of the Sports Club.

Porsteinn - who did a wonderful job of organising today's event.

The tree comes up to here on me!!!

We drove out the Langanes headland after the ceremony to see Puffins and other sea birds. It felt like we had driven out to the end of the land - and it was WINDY!!

Another beautiful Iclandic horse.

And two very cure puffins!! See how windy it is from the feathers??!
