Beautful scenery on the way to Husavik where we had our first ceremony.

In Husavik we had a local runner Agust join us.

Agust leads the way through the beautiful park.

City councillor Bergur Elias gave us a very warm welcome.

Everybody made a wish for peace.

Agust gave us a scenic running tour through the beautiful town of Husavik.

Quite a few local people wanted to hold the torch.

Goodbye and see you next time to our enthusiastic runner and guide Agust.

Later on we got to be part of a football match between Fjolnir(Reykjavik) and Volsungur (Husavik) not by kicking the ball, but by passing the torch between the enthusiastic game spactators.
