Our first school was the Primary Tarelli.

The welcome was quite astonishing, we kept giving "high five" for at least two hundred meters!

I am feeling peace...
We lighted a candle with the Peace Run torch as a symbol of a peace that spreads.
Then they gave us all some very cute presents! A handmade necklace and a hat...
...and we also signed their t-shirt.
And finally the torch passing!
On our way to Chiavenna the scenery was at its best....

We finally could take a picture of our photographer, which usually is on the other side of the camera, untiringly working to document our day!
The last day of run for Luiza...
Some say he can average 15 km on a liter of soft drinks...
Approaching our final destination for the day, Chiavenna.
Runners from the Gruppo Podistico Valchiavenna escorted us into the beautiful old town of Chiavenna.
Kids of the local schools joined us on the way...
...and we finally reached to main square!
There the mayor Luca Della Bitta, together with a big crowd, welcomed us.
We entertained the kids and shared with them some thoughts on peace.
The mayor officially welcomed the Peace Run torch and spoke of how important it is to work together and put effort into achieving peace.
Thank you Chiavenna! This was the Grand Finale of the italian Peace Run tour!
