Blaine, WA - Surrey, BC

Reported by Daniel Watts, Moni Neradilek, Yatkara Aleksapolskyy

This Sunday we were invited to participate in Hands Across the Border, an annual meeting of scouts from the USA and Canada. Since 1937, the event has featured a parade and meeting of scouts from the two countries. The meeting takes place at the Peace Arch, a scenic border crossing on the shores of the Boundary Bay.

This year’s program included a treasure hunt and our tent was included as one of the locations.
