We love their fruit tree with all its wonderful qualities - similar to the Peace Tree that we have been carrying along the route of the Peace Run.

We only have the girls' team for this school presentation as the mens' team have to go to another appointment.

The students have a very good idea about what peace means and give us some really good words like love, faith, honesty.

A painting for World Harmony by Sri Chinmoy, the founder of the Peace Run, is also presented to the school.

In the meantime the mens' team visit Dart River Adventures in Glenorchy and designate it as a Sri Chinmoy Peace Blossom.

Dart River Adventures is a part of Ngai Tahu Tourism, and as such has a close relationship with the environment.

They accept a plaque which describes the significance of the Mt Aspiring/Tititea area and the importance of Dart River Adventures in introducing visitors to it.

There is a magnificent piece of pounamu on display in the centre, which visitors are encouraged to touch.
