We started in beautiful rolling hills in Beskid mountains.
Our first stop was Sucha Beskidzka.
We had no police escort, so we ran like ducks one behind each other. Quack quack.
No athletic event would do without proper cheerleading. Thanks for the colourful welcome!
After running through the school building in and out we were surprised how many children were waiting for us on the other side!

An athletic event for local schools was just taking place there. We were invited to be part of the program for kids.
These are waiting for the fastest ones.
But even slow or injured runners are not left behind, as we just demonstrate.
The kids were very dynamic and with good heart. That's what sport does to you.

I don't know what you see, but I can clearly see a baby dragon drinking water from a seashell. Kind of makes sense, right?

The runner-kids sang few local songs with such power and enthusiasm it blew our caps off. Almost blew off the torch, too.
