The children guide us in to their town - Schuchin

This wonderful group of students listened very attentively to our presentation. After singing the Peace Run song for them we spontaneously asked if they could sing a song for us. They sang a beautiful traditional Belarus song.

We were invited into the school. Devashishu, one of our English runners, was invited into an English lesson. The teachers were delighted to have a native speaker talk with the students.

On the road we are met by children from a village near Mosty.

At their school we tell students, teachers and staff about our 24,000km journey.

Welcomed with a heart

Local runners ran with us into the school

Our next town - Slonim.

Each runner received a gift - a history of the town. Thank you to Slonim for giving us lunch.

The city of Baranovichy

TV interview

At the school in Baranovichy the students performed a song for us

A gift from the school.

The students asked us several very interesting questions. What is the easiest, the most difficult and the funniest things that happen on the run? How can we join the team?

Dinner was supplied by our very good friend Svetlana

On our last visit to Minsk she cooked food for us at very short notice. We are very grateful to everyone who supports the Peace Run and feel that their selfless service is equal to the efforts of the runners.
