Our last day of running in Australia and we have an appointment at Richmond primary School in Melbourne.

Veeraja offers the school a Certificate of Appreciation and a Jharna Kala.

After the school we make our way into the heart of the city.

Running along the Yarra river.

The Victorian Arts Centre is a Sri Chinmoy Peace Blossom - dedicated when Sri Chinmoy gave a concert there in 1995.

The Yarra is a Sri Chinmoy Peace River.

The torch makes its final steps into Federation Square - from here it will fly to New Zealand to continue it's journey around the Southern Hemisphere.

Councillor Le Liu holds the torch

The Honourable Bruce Atkinson MP holds the torch with Councillor Le Liu.

Its getting really hot in Federation Square - the high thirties!

Rabbi Menachem Sabbach represents Judaism and offers a song of Peace.

Amad Kazi represents Islam and invites us to pray for Peace in Kashmir where tensions are running high.

Vidya Kumar, the Hindu representative receives the torch from Amad.

Ms Elaine Chen is the Director general of Taipei Melbourne, and most enthusiastically she supports the message of the Peace Run.

Chan Ying from the HWPL group call son everyone to take a step for Peace and to call an end to all wars.

The Honourable Bruce Atkinson MP offers his own prayer for Peace.

The Peace Youth Group perform a dance to the soundtrack of We Are The World.

This young student from Hailebury School offers a splendid rendition of 'We Will Run'.

Members of the public are invited to hold the torch and share their hopes and dreams for Peace.
