Reported by Abhinabha Tangerman 107.0 km

The boys stayed at the beautiful Sint Gerlach hotel in Valkenburg. We're very grateful for their hospitality.

The girls stayed ay the Crowne Plaze in Maastricht. Thank you for your support!

Also many thanks to the Apple Select Park Hotel in Maastricht for hosting one of our runners.

Posing with curious passers-by.

On our way south to Belgium.

Believe it or not, but here in the south The Netherlands actually becomes a little hilly.

Crossing the border to Belgium. Bye bye to The Netherlands and thank you for an amazing week of Peace Run!

Checking out the roads ahead. Modern technology is a tremendous help on the Peace Run.

Beautiful Belgium.

The town of Eupen. Although on Belgian soil, the people here speak German.

Belgium is a country of cyclists. They liked the fact that we run many miles for peace.

A young Peace Run fan.

Although today we didn't have any formal meetings, we met many nice people along the road who immediately grasped the significance of the Peace Run.

The town of Malmedy, where people speak French again. A very charming town, with which Belgium is richly blessed.

Close to the village Bellevaux we met a wonderful father and his cute son. He was overjoyed to hold the Peace Run Torch.

Our Dutch map maker, ultrarunner and driver Nitish has been invaluable on the team.

Running into the third country of the day: Luxemburg!

In Europe you can have not only have four seasons, but also three countries in one day.

"I'm so tired, I have no clue where this is."

"Hmmm, interesting sign."

"What, you're telling me this is another country border? In Australia you can go a thousand miles without crossing any."

Covering the last 5K to a warm meal and comfortable accommodations.

Car shot.

Jalarka, our coordinator from Luxemburg, welcomed us in the village of Binsfeld, close to the border.

Two peaceful farmers checking out new equipment.

We'll spend the night and the next morning in Luxemburg, before heading out to Belgium again.
