Good morning, Zywiec!

Dzien dobry, Zywiec.

Monday morning, yet curious.

To tylko poniedziialkowz poranek, a jaki ciekawy,

The meeting with school children took place in the courtyard of chateau in Zywiec.

Spotkanie z dziecmi z zywieckich szkol mialo miejsce na dziedzincu zamku muzeum w Zywcu,

Playing games with kids.

Zabawa z dziecmi.

Making a wish for peace.

Zyczenia dla pokoju.

Running for peace.

A teraz bieg dla pokoju.

Thank you for welcoming us in Zywiec!

Dziekujemy za powitanie w Zywcu,

We pressed on through these lush green rolling hills.

The next stop was in Wisla.

Nastepny przystanek byl w Wisle,

Local school has such a beautiful garden just outside the front door!

Tuz przed oknami miejscowej szkoly rozposciera sie piekny ogrod.

Presenting Mongolia with a funny song.

Mongolia zaprezentowala sie zabawna piosenka,

Trying to feel sunshine in our hearts.

Proba poczucia slonca w swoim sercu.

Running and passing the Peace Torch from hand to hand. Like proper Peace Runners would do.

Our thanks to the school director for kind words about peace and friendship!

Pieknie dziekujemy pani dyrektor szkoly za mile slowa o pokoju i przyjazni.

And off we go further.

I juz lecimy dalej.

The next meeting we had in Ustron which is not far away from Wisla.

Nastepne spotkanie mielismy w Ustroniu, niedaleko od Wisly,

These kids were older but still curious.

And also very peaceful.

I bardzo pokojowe.

Running around the world... actually, a playground. But still fun enough.

Bieganie dookola swiata, ....a raczej wokol boiska szkolnego. Ale i tak byla fajna zabawa,

Thank you Ustron for nice welcome!

Dziekujemz za mile przyjecie.

We had plenty of time in the afternoon to stop by for a nice lunch in Ustron. Which is a rare opportunity on Peace Run.

We continued with moderate pace. It's hard to run on full stomach.

Kontynuujemy w umiarkowanym tempie. Trudno sie bega z pelnym zoladkiem.

Running on the cycling trails through parks in Cieszyn we met other runners here and there.

In Cieszyn they organize Parkrun every Saturday morning. It's a great global event that happens in many cities around the world with the aim to connect running enthusiasts together. It's a social event but also inspiration to get out and move in this beautiful world. Check it out, it's all free :)

W Cieszynie rano w kayda sobote organizowany jest Parkrun. Jest to wielka globalna impreza, ktora odbywa sie w miastach calego swiata. Jej celem jest zebranie razem entuzjastow biegania, To impreza spoleczna, a takze inspiracja, by wyjsc z domu i rozejrzec si po pieknym swiecie, Check it out. Wszstko jest za darmo.

We did some running as well, of course.

No i oczywiscie troche takze bieglismy.

People joined and left us on the way.

Biegacze dolaczali sie do nas na chwile i potem biegli swoja droga,

Part of the route goes across the Czech border actually.

Czesc trasy biegu przechodzila po czeskiej stronie granicy.

Our Polish coordinator Janek bad birthday and so he treated us with Japanese-style dinner.

Nasy polski koordynator Janek mial urodzinz i zaprosil nas na kolacje w japonskim stylu.

The sushi was both amazing to taste and to look at!

Sushi bzlo zarazem do jedzenia i do patrzenia.
