A big thank you to AmericInn Oklahoma for hosting the team on our continuing journey to Texas. We had a great stay here and felt fully refreshed.

"Kurt the Great" gave us a huge welcome as we arrived at Red Cup Cafe in OKC to have breakfast. Kurt has a huge heart and his cafe forms an important part of the local community.

Red Cup is a place where everyone is welcome and you can see that by the diversity of his clientele.

We were so grateful that he is supporting us for the second time in a row.

Yahoooo! We're in Texas.

The girls team took time out to do some Roll of Hay Yoga.

Since we were staying in the town of Canyon, we decided to stop at the Palo Duro Canyon to explore the terrain and run a few extra miles.

Great hill running.

Local cactus flowers .

The landscape makes a welcome change from the flat land what we passed through entering the state of Texas.

VICTORY!!!

The peak was a perfect spot to meditate on nature's beauty.

We arrived at the Best Western Palo Duro Canyon Inn and Suites exhausted and dirty after our run in the hills. Many thanks to the staff for looking after us so well and providing the team with such amazing and comfortable rooms.
