Thank you to the Sherwood Inn for sharing complementary rooms with the team!  Your generosity allows us a most restful sleep and sends us off refreshed to run again for peace.

We start running very early this morning to finish up the miles and kilometers before the heat advisory in the area starts to show its signs.

In the meantime, we dodge raindrops and lightning storms.

Hello Canada!  The men's team carries the torch across the border and into Saskatchewan.

Runners and mustard fields go together!

Then we are received by the Regina YMCA and all of its excellent staff and summer camp youth.

They are an enthusiastic bunch who really seem to understand peace and how important it is.

The kids share their thoughts about peace with all of us.

The YMCA has such inspiring mottos, sentiments shared by the Peace Runners too.

After our Peace Run in the very cool gym, we moved on to fun and games with the kids!  Parachutes and so much fun!

Thank you Sonya and the YMCA for your warm welcome!  It was such a joy to share with you and meet your wonderful staff and young people.

The YMCA has an amazing history.

Mohammed Nazari came to the aid of some of our teammates who needed help.  Running the long miles can takes it toll, we are so grateful that Mohammed was able to step in and add his expertise.  Thank you for your kindness and selflessness.  We can now continue running.

We finish up another amazing day of the Peace Run with a new friend and peace lover who came up to us at our campsite.  Thank you for your love of peace and hope for our world.
