Oxford

Reported by Devashishu Torpy 7.0 km

Our day begins at the wonderful Windmill Primary School in Oxford.

We visited Windmill Primary in 2017, and on that occasion we planted a tree for Peace. That tree is flourishing and today we are going to plant a second tree, a hazel tree.

Windmill School kindly planted another Peace Tree to mark the arrival of the Peace Run.

Our next visit is to Cutteslowe Primary School.

The runners visit the Sri Chinmoy Peace Mile in Cutteslowe Park.

Our next appointment is at Lady Margaret Hall, one of the 40 colleges in the University of Oxford.

We are invited to sing the Peace Run song in the dining hall.
