Hello to the Girls on the Run! And the YMCA Trailblazers and guests who welcomed us for our first program of the day at Lake Padden, in Bellingham.
Enthusiasm and happiness accompany the World Harmony Run song from both the Peace Run team and guests. It was a warm up to the running yet to come.

After our visit with Sedro-Woolley Boy's and Girl's Club, the women's team sets out again to finish their miles and to enjoy the natural beauty of Washington State.
The men's team also logs their miles.
Team Fountain take on the daunting task of running this part of the Cascade Highway and its long upward climb.
Victory achieved!
The women's team takes a well earned rest at the G9 Bakery after completing their miles in Concrete.

The team was warmly welcomed at Concrete Town Hall by Heather from the Town Treasurer's Office and Gibson from Public Works
with a surprise greeting from former Mayor Jason Miller and now Editor of The Concrete Herald.
