Good morning Buffalo. Thank you to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Buffalo for kindly hosting our team. We had a wonderful time and rested well. We are more than ready now for the new day ahead.

We are also extremely grateful to the Courtyard by Marriott at Buffalo Airport. Their generous offering makes all this possible. Thank you.

First run for the team today. Our stop is the Buffalo Boys and Girls Club. Runners are smilers.

Children created some lovely artwork as a welcome to the peace runners. Peace can be expressed in many ways.

"You're brave, you're a role model. Keep running Peace Runner!"

Welcome to Jayasalini from Russia who joins the team today.

Harita partners with Jayasalili who shows the children a traditional Russian dance.

World Harmony Run song in action...

Let's try to feel the inner stillness inside the heart.

Children can rely on tutors like that.

Running for peace around the yard. We are all peace runners...

All together now under the bridge :)

We present our certificate of appreciation to the Buffalo Boys & Girls Club for their enthusiastic participation in the Peace Run. We also offer an artwork by Sri Chinmoy entitled: "Imagine Peace Here and Now".

Thank you Buffalo Boys & Girls Club for this beautiful meeting. We will carry your wishes for peace with us.

Our next stop is Rochester, where we visited a Boys and Gild Club. Some TV stations were inspired by the Peace Run and covered the event. Salil presented the run.

Can you find the Statue of Liberty on the map? :)

We are the fulness of tomorrow's Sun.

When you have peace, you offer peace.

Offering peace wishes to the world.

It is time to run together for peace. The coach leads the way setting a good example to the children

We offer our certificate of appreciation and this beautiful Jharna Kala drawing by Sri Chinmoy to the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester. The painting reminds us that peace can be expressed and offered in many ways.

Thank you Boys & Girls Club of Rochester for sharing this moment with us. We loved meeting you all.

Empire State Trail; we are on the home stretch now. Eleven more days to New York City.

The girls' team running along the trail.

We meet an enthusiastic runner who helps us carry the Peace Torch along today's route.

The boys' team reached Batavia, NY and ran to the city's Peace Garden. We were so happy to see the flags from many different countries displayed in the park symbolising unity between nations.

In Batavia we were warmly welcomed by The Friends of the Batavia Peace Garden who were delighted to receive the Peace Torch in the name of their city.

The Batavia Peace Garden members shared with us the inspiration behind the Peace Garden. To them, it is an offering and service to the community as it reminds people of the importance of peace, enabling them to sit, meditate and relax in the garden's beautiful surrounding.

Our team speaks with local journalists sharing what the Peace Run means to them.

We are getting closer to our goal: New York City :)

More running in the afternoon....More stunning trails....

Some suspicious footprints on the trail made us raise our pace to reach the road faster.

Boys stretching after their long day of running.
