Our deepest gratitude to the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows that kindly hosted us for two nights, in our journey around North America
This morning we met under the famous St. Louis arch, or Gateway to the West. Following in the footsteps of Lewis and Clark, the name reminds us of our own journey westward.
Standing directly below the arch, we were captured by a sense of wonder for this magnificent sculpture of human achievement, causing us to reflect on our own lofty aspirations for world peace.
Yoga Under the Arch would have normally been under way at this time, but was cancelled when the instructor found himself delayed in traffic.
Fortunately, our runners were there to give a ceremony for all those eager health and fitness participants who did show up! :)

Below ground, we visited the Museum of Westward Expansion, a museum dedicated to Lewis and Clark's journey.

Inside the Thomas Jefferson Museum
Nripal Eric Peterson delighted the audience with his stirring and inspiring presentation on the contributions of Thomas Jefferson to the life and ideals of American freedom.
Our team introduced themselves and gave a short presentation.
Our International team introduced our countries.
Eric Petersen gave an inspiring talk and answered some insightful questions afterwards.
After the presentation, Mr. Peterson signed his book in the museum gift store.
We were very happy to make a second visit to the Vedanta Society.
...Where a copy of Light and Liberty was presented to Swami Chetanananda.
Swami Chetanananda then signed a copy of one of his own books.
He also offered us some gifts to take on the road. We are very grateful for his kindness.
A nice meal ended our day in St Louis.We are very grateful to our dear friend Eric Petersen for treating us.
