Vilnius - border Lithuania/Belarus

Reported by Dipavajan Renner 31.0 km

A small, inspiring event in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.

We arrived at the City Museum, where we met the city representative of Vilnius.

He kindly received the torch...

Among the guests we also welcomed Romas, our long-term supporter of the Peace Run in Lithuania. He was a man of the first-hour, always helping and organising whenever there was a need. Thank you for all the service!

...two friends...

The Museum hosts in July and August an exhibition of Jharna Kala - Fountain Art. The paintings are a special artwork done by the founder of the Peace Run, Sri Chinmoy.

A video presentation....

Sri Chinmoy - the artist.

A gift for Romas....

Thank you for the friendship!

Good bye Vilnius!

..the lat stretch to the border. Marko enjoyed his last day on the Run - which happened to be his birthday!
