Geysla from Ilhabela was running with us this morning. Geysla loves to compete in half marathon distance races. She is a sport teacher and running coach.

As we meet people all around the world, the heart exercise is always one of the highlights. Everybody has a heart and this is exactly the place where we find peace in abundant measure.

Ilhabela is now an official Peace City. Congratulation! After a beautiful ceremony by the beach we inaugurated the new Peace Blossom Plaque.
It´s a wonderful place to remind people to find their peace within themselves.
Ilhabela é agora uma Cidade da Paz oficial. Parabéns! Depois de uma bela cerimônia na praia, inauguramos a nova Placa Paz- Florescer.
