We were delighted to once again find ourselves in beautiful Ubud, Bali. Tjokorde Putra Ubud's most senior prince, welcomed us Puri Ubud, the palace of Ubud.
We were very grateful for the delicious refreshments.
Agraha expressed how grateful we were to once again be in the presence of Tjokorde Putra as well as fondly recalling previous meetings with Sri Chinmoy, Peace Run founder and Tjokorde Putra's father, Tjokorda Gde Putra Sukawati, a noted King of Ubud.
Peace Run Executive Director Salil Wilson read out a beautiful comment Sri Chinmoy expressed about Bali during a visit in January of 1988.
"Of all the places I have visited in the last 15 or 16 years, Bali is undoubtedly the best. It has everything: sincerity, simplicity, purity, humility and peace. Is there any divine quality missing here?
Even outwardly it is so beautiful. You can see how beautiful the little cottages and villages are. They have such simplicity!
Bali has maintained most of its pristine purity. You don’t even have to meditate here; nature will meditate on your behalf. Early in the morning if you walk around the villages, their divine qualities will enter into you and you will become a different person. Here in Bali, nature herself will accelerate your inner progress!
This place is Heaven on earth."
We were very grateful to be joined by Tjokorde Putra's son, Tjokorda Agung Ichiro Sukawati.
Pragati Pascale presented two recently published books by Sri Chinmoy, "The Jewels of Happiness" and "Listen to Nature".
We also presented a print of Sri Chinmoy's artwork entitled World- Harmony.
We were honored to present Tjokorde Putra with our Torch-Bearer award.
Grand children of revered Solo King Sinoehoen were part of the event. Adhityo and Maharani. Their parents Prince Dipokusumo and Princess Febri will be joining us shortly.
Our dear friends Zanzan and Putu owners of Omunity were also on hand.
Next we went out to the public part of the palace to enjoy young dancers keeping the spirit and culture of Bali alive.
Suhashini introduced the Peace Run.

Our second event took place at Agung Rai Museum of Art (ARMA) which is the home of Sri Chinmoy's statue.
ARMA is is both a beautiful Museum as well as a remarkable resort - a truly wonderful place to stay.
Currently ARMA is hosting a special exhibition of Sri Chinmoy's artwork entitled Jharna-Kala which means fountain art.
We were graciously received by Agung Rai the founder of ARMA.
These beautiful dancers transported us to the very heart of Bali.
Agung Rai led us on a beautiful meditative walk past Sri Chinmoy's statue through the exquisite gardens of ARMA as well as through the gallery of Sri Chinmoy's artworks.
Sculptor Kaivalya Torpy is joined by Agung Ashrama who is lovingly maintaining the statue.

We presented Agung Rai some books about the Peace Run.
