Our day begins in St David's

Councillor Mike Phillips, Chairman of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Committee.

Plotting our route along the coast

In the centre of St David's we are met by the Mayor (in red cloak), the Dean of St David's Cathedral the Very Reverend Jonathan Lean, and the Reverend Canon Dorrien Davies.

Children from the local school Ysgol Bro Dewi are also in the Cathedral to greet us

These two sisters sing a harmony together. Their voices are amazing and evoke a feeling of Peace in this most sacred of places.

The Reverend Canon Dorrien Davies lights a candle from our Peace Torch flame and places it on the shrine

And without hesitation he runs swiftly up the 39 steps

We say a prayer before heading off along the coastal trail

Our final destination for the day - Goodwick and Fishguard

Reflecting on all the amazing experiences in England and Wales
