The Peace Run / World Harmony Run is back in Europe!
After a winter break we launched 2013 in Zagreb/Croatia!
Our first meeting brought us to the Eko OS Voltino primary school...

Utrka Mira / Svjetska Utrka Harmonije se vratila u Europu! Nakon zimske pauze 2013. započeli smo sa Zagrebom/Hrvatska! Naš prvi prijem doveo nas je u Eko O.Š. Voltino...

djeca su nas dočekala u školskoj auli...

...and a really nice performance by the kids!

...prekrasna dječja predstava...

...all the performers and the children in the audience passed the peace torch from hand to hand...

...svi izvođači i djeca u publici imali su priliku držati baklju mira...

...we where treated with a home made cake...

...počastili su nas domaćim kolačima...

...and we went right on to the second school in Zagreb: Matija Gubec

...nastavili smo dalje odmah do druge O.Š. u Zagrebu: Matija Gubec

..the kids received us with "High Five"...

...djeca su nas dočekala sa "daj pet"...

...usually we sing for the kids, but this time they surprised us with our song plus actions!

....obično mi pjevamo djeci, ali ovaj put iznenadili su nas sa našom pjesmom plus koreografijom!

Peace can be felt in the hearts...

Mir se može osjetiti u srcima...

...and the stamps are back! A real highlight on the Run!

...i štambilji su opet 'in'. Vrhunac uzbuđenja za djecu!

...and the usual stampede on the schoolyard ended the great meeting!

... i za kraj s uobičajenim stampedom na školskom igralištu završio je ovaj lijepi prijem!

In the afternoon we drove to Kopacevo, a famous national park near Osijek. It is one of the best preserved national resorts in Europe, located where the river Drava flows into the Danube....

Poslijepodne dovezli smo se u Kopačevo, poznati nacionalni park blizu Osijeka. To je jedan od ponajbolje očuvanih nacionalnih parkova u Europi, smješten na ušću Drave u Dunav...

...we went on the tour boat...

...napravili smo turu sa brodom...

...as real tourists....

...kao pravi turisti...

...more guests on the boat...

...bilo je još gostiju na brodu...

an amazing nature reveales itself to the visitor....

prelijepa priroda otkriva se posjetiocima...

A nice lady of the park administration received the torch...

Ljupka predstavnica parka primila je baklju...

a long day came to an end. We left just on-time before the mosquitos showed up.
Thank you Croatia for the hospitality!

dugi dan primakao se svom kraju. Otišli smo na vrijeme- prije nego su se pojavili komarci. Hvala Hrvatska na gostoljubivosti!
