Our running begins in the beautiful surroundings of Carmarthenshire.

Entering the city of Carmarthen.

We visit Ysgol y Dderwen Primary School.

This school is famous for its excellent singers.

Now we are running into the National Botanic Garden of Wales.

We are met by the Chair of Carmarthenshire County Council Rob Evans and his consort Cllr Nysia Evans. Also there is the Director of the Botanic Gardens, Dr Lucy Sutherland.

Our final run for the day is along the scenic Pembrokeshire coast near Pendine.

Tomorrow will be the coronation of King Charles III and the flags and decorations are appearing everywhere.
