We couldn't help but appreciate the lads on a training run, seemingly enjoying a respite as they wait for the walk signal. The belts were an accessory that both puzzled us and somehow made us envious. Utility belts?
Anthony the Great cooked us an unbelievable vegetarian dinner with fresh pasta.
To say we are grateful to both Anthony and Lisa at Julia's Vegetarian Restaurant is an understatement. We were so moved by their kind offer to provide dinner for the entire team, and their hospitality was so warm and inspiring. It is so good to know that such kind-hearted people are out there in the world!
Josh and Danielle, two diners, also joined us for a group photo. Both were also kind-hearted in their support of the Run and we were so glad to have met them.
We started off the day with a Certificate of Appreciation and ended the day with one as well. Julia's was the find of the day, we are still smiling from the hearty food and warm-hearted experience there.
