Our morning started with a one mile run over the magnificent Golden Great Bridge.
Our last picture before leaving San Francisco. Thank you Kinkani, Dean and Dave for running with us. Thanks again to our coordinator Kinkani Mursinna and all the supporters in San Francisco.
Santiva's moment of silence before taking off for her very last 2 mile run stretch on the Peace Run in California.
Laufey's first steps...
Thank you Santiva for running with us...we will miss you! We hope you come back soon.
Enthusiastic well wishers along the way.
The Peace Run was invited to take part in the Point Reyes Western Parade. Many local businesses and community groups took part in it.
There were many parade floats.
Some people rode horses...
Some wore real snakes :)
Some Scots played bagpipes in kilts...
We played the World Harmony Run song and passed the torch to the people watching the parade.
Native American dance.
Cowboy hats were a must :)
We met many children...
Many more wishes for peace and many new friends...
Thank you Point Reyes for having us.
We had a lot of fun :)
Everyone we meet gives us such great inspiration. This was a very nice lady. She pulled on the side of the road just to hold the torch.
Gregory, the Pilgrim, told us about his Pilgrimage. He is walking from Monterey, CA to Portland, OR. We were very inspired by his story of miracles.
We were so excited to see seals on the seashore, sunbathing and relaxing.
Seals playing.
We spent one of the most quiet nights in beautiful nature of Redwood forests.
Camping is always fun for us and camping in the Gualala River Redwood Park was really nurturing.
Please send us a message, we would LOVE to hear from you.
