Sadly, today was the last day of this leg of the Peace Run. It was an unforgettable run from New York to Charlottesville and back. We are left with impressions of smiling and soulful children, the lush, green, spring landscape of Virginia and North Carolina, many, many kind, dedicated and selfless people and a promise in our hearts that someday, somehow there will be peace and oneness, inner and outer, in our home. It was wonderful
The last leg of the run took us through Queens.
12 days after our departure we arrive at our point of origin in Queens at the location were Sri Chinmoy, the Founder, traditionally lit the torches that would travel around the world.
