Self-Transcendence 2 mile race! A local favorite! Mahiyan gets ready to lead a moment of silence and start the Race!

Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run Executive Director, Salil Wilson, offers some opening comments about the importance of taking time to value each others contributions to society. We really are a World-Family.

Congratulations to our first Torch-Bearer recipients for today, Yogi Triathlete founders, Jess and B.J Gumkowski. We first met them when they came to Noble Learning to interview Harita about her experience completing the 3100 mile race for their super inspiring Podcast. They help athletes become the best they can be by integrating body, heart, mind and soul and their philosophy is greatly aligned with Sri Chinmoy's. It has been a great joy to connect with them both, and we look forward to connecting more in the future!

Congratulations Ron Sandvik! Your hard work is definitely creating a better, more peaceful world! Ron has been a friend and guest of local vegetarian restaurant Jyoti Bihanga for many years and we have have gotten to know him well through that. His positive attitude has nurtured his students at Mesa College for a long time. His love for nature expressed itself in his tireless dedication to creating a trail for contemplation, reflection and communion with nature are noble and worthy of recognition. Therefore we are happy and honored to offer the Sri Chinmoy Oneness Home Peace Run Torch Bearer award to him.

A peace tree painting by Sri Chinmoy along with a official T-shirt. Glad to have you as part of the team!

Marilyn Ongley, donator of the land for the Peace parks cheerfully offers her own hopes and dreams for a better, more peaceful world! Thank you so much!

Many thanks to Agragati! He really does a fantastic job covering and promoting the Peace Run on social media.

We headed out to run 6.5 miles from the Peace Garden to Mesa College. Our friend Banu enthusistically lead the way.

Running from the Peace Park to the soon to be inaugurated Peace Trail! Local peace runner and longtime supporter and participant Atulya leads the way.
