A big thank you to the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza for hosting us. It has been supporting the Peace Run for many years, with warmth, generosity and enthusiasm!

We offer our special thanks to the General Manager, Tohnia Miller.

The local coordinator, Sunamita Lim, holds the Peace torch. Thank you for organising two fantastic days in Santa Fe.

The Peace Run Team arrives at the State Capitol of New Mexico, the Roundhouse.

The Constituent Liaison, Mindi Smith, and her colleagues, welcomed The Peace Run Team on behalf of Governor Susana Martinez, who wasn't able to attend. The runners introduced themselves and sang the Peace Run Song, composed by the founder of the Run, Sri Chinmoy.

A welcoming letter from Governor Martinez.
“I’m happy to extend the warmest welcome to our beautiful capital city of Santa Fe. As the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run travels throughout New Mexico, you bring a history of promoting peace in a positive way.
My wish is for all people to have respect for human life, and I am grateful you have chosen New Mexico to bring your message of peace.
I am humbled to think of all who have been touched by your mission and goal of achieving peace in the world. I wish you success in your run.”

Chillies! Everywhere!

Thank you Yashoda Naidoo and Annapurna's World Vegetarian Cafe for your most delicious wraps! Every runner loved this flavourful meal that the owner Yashoda most generously offered.

Kaspars is about to run through the high desert.

The elevation is 7800 feet or 2400 meters.

One can feel the thin air -- or rather you can't.

Nature is breathtaking in the Enchanted State.

Echo Amphitheater, a natural wonder where the acoustics reverberate.

We were blessed to run in the beauty of the high desert and meet many wonderful people on the way.

Please send us a message, we would LOVE to hear from you.
